"どうぶつの森e+" is an updated version of the GameCube port of the first Animal Crossing game. It is not the same as the version that was released in the west, as it adds new holidays, events, villagers, and much more. It was also the first Japanese version of the game to have E-reader support, a feature that was in the western version first. The E-reader was a lot more successful in Japan, so they would receive much more E-reader related merchandise, such as binders.
This binder is in decent condition, it has been opened and does not come with any cards. There are scratches on the outside, as well as the sleeves themselves, which have gone slightly yellow with age.
