In 2001, Takara released their Let's Make a Forest line of miniature figures and playsets. The idea was that you could build your own Animal Crossing town through a combination of villager figures, furniture, miniature buildings, and even stickers which recreated items/areas from the game.
This listing is for a strap featuring the three characters who work at the Post Office, Pete, Pelly, and Phyllis.
The figures have marks and scratches due to age/use pictured above.
