i-CY is a variant of the i-Dog series, switching out the iconic i-Dog for a penguin. The toy is largely the same, though the LEDs are on its stomach, and it waddles instead of shaking its head.
The box is still sealed, though there is dirt/marks due to age.
You can't get much cooler than this guy, he's literally a robotic dancing frutiger aero penguin, come on!!!
