In 2007, Kaiyodo, the manufactuerers behind the Revoltech figure line, launched a wave of figures featuring characters from the Yotsuba manga series (from the creator of Azumanga Daioh), one of which being a cardboard box character called "Danboard" (ダンボー), which was a costume worn by one of the characters in the comic. Danboard would then branch off into its own line of figures, with multiple designs and sizes, most of which being collaborations with stores, brands, and game/anime franchises. The Danboard figures would gain popularity with photographers in the late 2000's/2010's due to their posebility and ability to cast hard shadows because of their shape.

All figures except the Golden Transforming Danboard have been opened.
Each figure comes with a display stand, a Miura head and neck joint, and original packaging.
The light switch on all of the figures has been tested, the Amazon figure's batteries still work, the rest do not and will need to be replaced with 2 LR44 batteries.
Each figure has marks/scratches from age/display, as do the packaging.
