Back in the late 1990's during "Pokemania" era of the PKMN franchise, the series would receive an influx of tertiary merchandise and media. The products released around this time are fascinating, as the franchise wasn't as homogenous yet, so the side media would often be based on a mixture of the video games, and the anime series. A lot of the designs featured can vary drastically from their modern day counterparts. Aside from that, the earlier generations heavily used Ken Sugimori's iconic water colour style, even when the art wasn't being drawn by him.
The books in this listing are from the "Let's Find Pokemon" series, object hunting books where your goal is to find a list of PKMN inside the sprawling art. The series would start in 1998, and ran all the way up to generation 7 in 2017. The art was done by Kazunori Aihara, who did a good job of replicating Ken Sugimori's style, both his generation 1-2 look, and his generation 3-4 art.
The books featured in this listing are the Singaporean prints, they are practically identical to the American releases by Viz, and are in English.
Each book is in good condition, there are marks and scratches on the hard cover and pages from age/use.
