Toro Inoue is the main character of the Doko Demo Issyo series, developed by BeXide for Sony. The Doko Demo games are Playstation exclusive life simulator games. Toro has become the unofficial mascot of Playstation in Japan/Asia, as such he has received a fair amount of exclusive merchandise in those regions.
This figure is part of of the Lots of Steamed Collection, the figures come in an onigiri shaped package, a reference to Toro's favorite food.
